Background

Graphico, based in Newbury, Berkshire, provide creative new media production services and solutions for a number of well-known names including Pepsi, Nike, S-club, Universal and BMG.

One wet December Saturday, several years ago, the design team at Graphico were working to a tight Monday schedule for their biggest project to date. When they least needed it, their worst nightmare happened… the network crashed and with it, their hopes of meeting the Monday deadline. In desperation they called their existing IT provider, but it was a Saturday afternoon so the phone just rang, unanswered. The designers sat with heads in hands while Mark, the MD, tried desperately to bring the computers back on-line.
